About Me
I am Merlin, also known as Myrddin. The Druids call me Emrys. It is said that I had no mortal Father, a Demon; (The Devil according to Christians), Came to my earthly mother one night and lay with her so that when I grew up, I would rule this land in the name of all things wicked and evil. But I did not take that path, my will was too strong, and because I was half human I saw good as well as evil, and along with the powers bestowed on me I vowed not to be manipulated. Even Queen Mab, the Queen of the old ways could not turn me. Some say I had a father, but I never met him. However, when young it was clear that I had powers, so I was taken in by the Druids. There under the watchful eye of one, I learnt all I could about their beliefs, the Earth and of course magic. This one who taught me, was the wisest of all, his name was Blaise. The Island of the Mighty, this land, since the Romans departed, has been invaded by many from across the waters, all wanting to rule as King. Tribal feuds were common and there was no structure anymore. Times had to change, and I saw a future that was bright and peaceful, so it was my destiny to achieve that dream. |

About Me
I am Queen Mab, the Mistress of Magick, one who still holds to the old ways, and I am determined to lead people back to these ancient ways, away from the Christian faith that is sweeping across this land, it has pushed us to the edge of our existence. They destroy the old Pagan sites in favour of their holy houses and if people stop believing in us and the old ways we’ll die, and be forgotten. So I was instrumental in the making of the greatest and most powerful Wizard ever to be known, Merlin. He was born to a human mother but fathered by my magic, and was to lead the people back to the old ways. But he saw things differently, and has decided to heal the land by bringing the two religions together, so now we no longer see eye to eye, and have become evenly matched enemies. He plans to have a King of his making rule these pitiful people, but I will challenge him, and drive Christianity back across the waters where it belongs. The old ways will return, and I will use all my power to see that they do so.
All things change, the world moves on is what Merlin told me; well we’ll see about that. Queen Mab
